Role Purpose
Supervise ASHP installation teams across the South Coast, carrying out pre-install checks, installation audits, final sign-offs, and hands-on remedial/snagging work. Strong gas/plumbing/heating experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre-installation surveys and confirm site readiness.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure work meets MCS, Building Regulations, and manufacturer standards.
- Carry out mid-install and final quality checks, including commissioning review and sign-off.
- Undertake hands-on remedials, snagging, and fault-finding when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audits.
- Provide technical support, coaching, and guidance to engineers.
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers and project managers.
Essential Experience
- Strong background in gas, plumbing, and heating (3–5 years).
- Experience installing or supervising ASHP systems.
- Confident with fault-finding, commissioning, and system optimisation.
- Able to work independently across multiple sites.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating.
- Gas Safe (desirable).
- Heat Pump Installation or equivalent.
- F-Gas Category 1 (advantageous).
- Full UK driving licence.
