The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
- Define Client Master Data strategy: categorisation, fields etc. as well as the teams who can help support collating and maintaining the data.
- Maintain Product database including, categorisation, obsolescence/discontinued, active/inactive, corrections, duplicate SKUs, pricing and as well as any other relevant data.
- Liaise with relevant colleagues to support data maintenance i.e. Commercial Team, NPD Team, Newness/Gifting, Portfolio, Supply & Production Planners.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
- Generate Client Data Governance: implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data errors and improve data quality.
- Provide reporting on data accuracy/errors and missing data.
- Provide reporting and look for opportunities to improve the SKU creation process.
- Liaise with IT Systems teams to improve efficiency of Data Management and maintenance.
- Support the creation of SKUs and manage the SKU creation process across all business systems.
Qualifications, Experience, Specific Skills/Competencies
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Educated to Degree level or similar level of work experience.
- Previous Planning, Forecasting or Data Maintenance is required.
- Experience within an FMCG organisation, preferred.
- Ability to take proactive approach to challenge and achieve results.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamic 365 ERP system or similar.
- Experience of Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL reporting.
