Position

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Web Content Project Manager to support a defined web migration and content placement programme.

This role is responsible for taking existing international web content and systematically mapping, prioritising, and populating it into a new website template for logging with our web team for publication to our new website.

You will work independently to organise and execute the migration of content across multiple regions and languages, ensuring alignment with the new site structure and identifying gaps where content does not cleanly translate into the new format.

This role requires a combination of content management discipline, structured thinking, and the ability to use tools such as Copilot and logic-based workflows to accelerate content placement at scale.

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, International Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Mapping and Migration: Categorise existing web content by type, priority, and business value, and systematically map it into the new website template.
  • Content Placement Execution: Populate pre-approved English content into structured templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with defined page models.
  • Localisation

Support: Apply structured approaches and tooling (including Copilot) to support content placement across French, German, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese versions, following established patterns.

  • Gap Identification: Identify where existing content does not align with the new template and either propose light copy adjustments or clearly flag gaps for marketing review.
  • Quality Control: Ensure content integrity across pages, including correct structure, placement, and consistency across language versions.
  • Project Delivery: Manage workload independently to meet agreed milestones and deliverables within defined timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree would be nice, but not essential, where discipline and focus is a must.
  • 5–7 years’ experience working with web content, digital content management, or content operations roles.
  • Experience working with structured content, templates, or CMS-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with localisation workflows and working across multiple language versions for our German, French, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese content.
  • Strong written English skills, with experience adapting or refining content where required.
  • Experience using productivity tools (including AI/Copilot-style tools) to support content workflows.
  • Behavioural skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Disciplined and reliable in a remote working environment.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and escalating when needed.
  • Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and repeatable workflows.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
