We’re looking for a media-savvy and experienced Press Manager to lead consumer communications across EMEA. This role is part of the Global Consumer & Product Communications team and reports to the Director of Global Consumer & Product Comms (US-based).

You will own day-to-day communications strategy and execution across key European markets, working closely with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.

  • Lead and execute consumer communications strategies across EMEA, with a focus on UK, Germany, and France.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align communications with business goals.
  • Develop and pitch compelling press stories, brand partnerships, and event opportunities.
  • Identify and execute proactive and reactive PR opportunities, including newsjacking.
  • Manage European PR agencies (workflow, approvals, reporting, and performance reviews).
  • Develop press materials including media lists, blog content, and briefing documents.
  • Leverage data and insights to create impactful storytelling narratives.
  • Engage with online communities and stakeholders to support authentic storytelling.

8+ years of experience in consumer or brand communications (agency or in-house).

Strong network of media contacts within European consumer press.

Deep understanding of pop culture, media trends, and digital communities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
