HireStakes client, a growing iGaming studio, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its team. The company specialises in creating innovative gaming experiences that challenge traditional formats and deliver engaging, high-quality products for players.

HireStakes client is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with proven iGaming experience who is passionate about designing engaging, high-performing player experiences.

This role focuses on creating intuitive, immersive UX/UI while building scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple game products. The successful candidate will work closely with product, art, and development teams to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance, compliance, and player engagement.

  • Design player journeys that balance entertainment, usability, compliance, and conversion
  • Apply iGaming player psychology and engagement mechanics to enhance user experience
  • Own and evolve scalable design systems for consistent UI across multiple games
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity UI aligned with development and commercial goals
  • Prototype interactions and flows to clearly communicate design intent
  • Contribute to user testing and optimisation of player experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, engaging products
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently
  • Continuously improve design quality through feedback and iteration

Proven experience in iGaming (casino, betting, or real-money gaming products) ~5+ years' experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio ~ Demonstrated experience designing high-engagement, performance-driven products ~ Experience building or scaling design systems ~ Advanced proficiency in Figma and design workflows ~ Experience with user testing and data-informed design decisions ~ Experience working on casino games, crash games, or arcade-style gaming products ~ Understanding of regulated environments and compliance in UX
