- Design and iterate core gameplay loops, progression systems, and meta-features for free-to-play sports games.
- Translate real-world sports and betting concepts into engaging, non-cash gameplay mechanics.
- Create and balance reward systems, virtual economies, and live-ops events.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
