HireStakes is currently recruiting for a Certification Manager for a leading B2B Game Provider based remotely in the UK.

Role:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of certification for casino games, including planning, submission, testing, and final approval.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies such as GLI, BMM, and eCOGRA.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technical and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., AGCO, UKGC, MGA, NJDGE).
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation, including RNG reports, game logic, paytables, and source code packages.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure builds meet certification criteria before submission.
  • Track certification progress and manage timelines to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
  • Maintain organized records of certifications, test reports, and regulatory correspondence.
  • Support compliance audits and provide technical input when needed.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and proactively assess their impact on current or future products.

Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in casino game certification or technical compliance.
  • Hands‐on experience working with GLI, BMM, or similar testing laboratories.
  • Solid understanding of RNG certification, game math verification, and jurisdictional technical standards.
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., familiarity with source builds, version control, or QA testing processes).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent certifications.
  • (Preferred) Experience with regulated markets such as Ontario, UK, Malta, or the U.S.
