Hirestakes client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can translate the personality and energy of its products into memorable brand identities, engaging marketing and social content, and high-quality commercial materials. This role will help shape how Hirestakes client is perceived by both B2B and B2C audiences through impactful presentations, partner-facing materials, and engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities- Product Branding & Creative Assets
- Design logos, visual identities, and branding systems for product launches
- Create promotional visuals and marketing assets for digital platforms
- Develop and maintain partner asset packs, including product sheets and branded materials
- Adapt and localise creative assets for international markets
- Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all assets
- Company Branding & Communications
- Create internal and external presentations, including pitch decks, business updates, and sales materials
- Develop and maintain company branding assets, templates, and visual guidelines
- Support the creation of confidential and strategic communication materials
- Marketing & Campaign Design
- Develop launch campaigns and partner marketing assets across multiple channels
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to create engaging social-first content and thought leadership materials
- Design reusable content templates that support a consistent brand presence
- Work within established brand guidelines and approval processes
- Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and regions

- Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, commercial projects, social content, marketing campaigns, and digital creative assets
- 4–6 years' experience in graphic design and branding
- Ability to manage workload independently, identify issues proactively, and seek clarity when required
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, including hierarchy, typography, composition, and consistency
- Experience developing and applying brand systems across digital, print, social, and web formats
- Proven experience creating engaging social-first content
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Experience designing for international markets and localisation requirements
- Ability to take creative direction and execute against established briefs and creative strategies
- Excellent attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, file specifications, and compliance requirements
