What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary design team
- Supporting hands-on design delivery when needed
- Working closely with Product, Delivery and Creative leadership
- Improving creative processes and workflows as the studio continues to scale
- Helping shape team growth, hiring and development
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading or mentoring creative teams
- Strong background delivering digital design projects from concept through launch
- Experience working across multidisciplinary design teams (UX/UI, graphic design, game art or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and passionate about helping others succeed
Gaming or iGaming experience would be highly advantageous, but we're also keen to speak with candidates from digital product, tech and creative agency environments.
