The Role
HireStakes client is looking for a UX/UI Designer with proven iGaming experience who is passionate about designing engaging, high-performing player experiences. This role focuses on creating intuitive, immersive UX/UI while building scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple game products. The successful candidate will work closely with product, art, and development teams to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance, compliance, and player engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design player journeys that balance entertainment, usability, compliance, and conversion
- Apply iGaming player psychology and engagement mechanics to enhance user experience
- Own and evolve scalable design systems for consistent UI across multiple games
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity UI aligned with development and commercial goals
- Prototype interactions and flows to clearly communicate design intent
- Contribute to user testing and optimisation of player experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, engaging products
