A growing and innovative games studio is seeking a talented Brand & Communications Designer to help shape and evolve its visual identity across game launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications. The Opportunity

Reporting into the Design Manager and working closely with game teams, marketing, and leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in translating game concepts into compelling visual brands and high-quality creative assets. The position will focus on game branding, social and marketing content, presentations, partner materials, and company communications, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can balance strong conceptual thinking with efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Game Branding & Creative Assets
    • Develop game logos, visual identities, and branding systems for new launches
    • Create promotional visuals and game tiles for player-facing platforms
    • Produce and maintain client and partner asset packs
    • Adapt and localise creative assets for international markets
    • Collaborate with art, design, and animation teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs
  • Brand Communications
    • Design internal and external presentations, pitch decks, and commercial materials
    • Support the development of company branding assets, templates, and visual guidelines
    • Assist with strategic and confidential communications materials
  • Marketing & Campaign Design
    • Create launch campaign assets and partner marketing materials across multiple channels
    • Design engaging social-first content and thought leadership visuals
    • Build reusable templates to maintain a cohesive brand presence
    • Adapt content for different audiences, regions, and platforms while adhering to brand and approval guidelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Contribute creative ideas during concept and planning sessions
    • Manage multiple stakeholder requests while maintaining quality and deadlines
    • Organise and maintain design assets and workflows efficiently
    • Liaise with external partners on branded content and approvals

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4–6 years' experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, commercial design, social content, and campaign work
  • Excellent understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Experience creating adaptable brand systems across digital, print, web, and social platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Ability to manage workloads independently and communicate proactively
  • Strong attention to detail across copy, file preparation, and brand compliance
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and product teams
