The Role
HireStakes client is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with proven iGaming experience who is passionate about designing engaging, high-performing player experiences. This role focuses on creating intuitive, immersive UX/UI while building scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple game products. The successful candidate will work closely with product, art, and development teams to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance, compliance, and player engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design player journeys that balance entertainment, usability, compliance, and conversion
- Apply iGaming player psychology and engagement mechanics to enhance user experience
- Own and evolve scalable design systems for consistent UI across multiple games
