We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our Event Sales team, supporting our enterprise and corporate clients with high-quality venue sourcing and exceptional service. As a Junior Account Executive, you will respond to inbound enquiries from key corporate clients, carrying out thorough venue searches across the UK and internationally. You will produce bespoke proposals, coordinate site visits, and play an important role in delivering smooth, high-quality experiences for clients. You will work closely with the broader team, refining your industry knowledge, and developing the confidence to nurture client relationships and support account retention. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with events industry experience who is ready to develop their commercial and client-facing skills in a fast-paced, supportive team. You will help deliver venue searches, craft proposals, and contribute to the success of our client accounts, ultimately delivering exceptional service to ensure clients come back again and again.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive venue searches, covering a range of events from private dining to large-scale roadshows and product launches.
- Produce tailored proposals that match client requirements and showcase the best venue options.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for shortlisted venues.
- Carry out in-depth research to identify standout, creative venue solutions.
- Manage inbound enquiries and support ongoing client communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date throughout the client interaction.
- Support the wider team with administrative or operational tasks that contribute to excellent client service.
- Represent Hire Space professionally when engaging with clients, venues, and suppliers.
This is a hybrid remote/in-person role. You will work from our central London office 2-3 days per week on average, and may need to attend venue visits, events, client meetings, and company away days.
Qualifications:
- Have experience working within the events industry (essential).
- Are exceptionally organised and confident handling multiple priorities at once.
- Have strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy building relationships and providing brilliant customer service.
- Are eager to develop commercial skills and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
It would be a bonus if you:
- Have knowledge of venues or experience with venue sourcing.
- Have worked with corporate or enterprise clients.
- Have experience with CRM systems or proposal tools.
