Our client is an international digital marketing company specialising in performance-based advertising within highly regulated industries, including online gambling and sports betting.

With operations across multiple international markets, the company combines technology, data-driven marketing, and compliance-focused execution to deliver high-quality customer acquisition and traffic to its partners.

Location: On-site - Douglas

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, general ledger, and revenue recognition

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Oversee collections and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers

• Lead and support the finance team

• Maintain appropriate financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax requirements

• Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior accounting role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation

• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel or similar accounting systems

• Experience in digital marketing, media, iGaming, or another fast-paced international business would be an advantage, but not essential. If you are an experienced finance leader with strong interest in iGaming, digital marketing, media, we encourage you to apply.
