We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team and drive growth across the EMEA region. As part of our International Marketing team, you will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of the EMEA marketing programme. Passionate and driven, you’ll get to work with a winning team and have the opportunity to really influence how we drive new business—while making sure we take care of our existing customers. This role is hybrid, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays based in our office in Canary Wharf, London.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication programmes that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and create segmented and multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.
- Identify challenges and opportunities in the EMEA market, with a strong focus on the UK and Middle East.
- Create detailed marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and defined success measures (KPIs).
- Campaign Execution and Reporting
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, working with peers in the digital advertising and content marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in budget and results are monitored, analysed, and shared with key stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes and adjust strategies as needed, sharing outcomes and recommendations with regional and marketing leadership and team members.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor lead flow, lead distribution, and conversion rates to ensure attainment of targets.
- Event and Partner Marketing
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings.
- Support sales with localised event strategies.
- Measure event ROI and lead impact.
- Develop co-marketing programs with key regional applicant tracking system (ATS) partners to align with global partner marketing strategy.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes and adjust strategies as needed, sharing outcomes and recommendations with regional and marketing leadership and team members.
Please note, occasional UK based/International travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Additional non-degree marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, Mini MBA in Marketing) (desirable).
- Experience
- 5-7 years' experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including online and offline lead generation, content, and communications programmes in B2B enterprise organisations.
- Familiarity with planning and delivering local marketing tactics across multiple countries in the EMEA region, particularly the UK and the Middle East.
- Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales to achieve common goals.

- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
- Understands marketing metrics and digital campaign tactics including but not limited to SEO and targeting.
- Knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems (including Salesforce and Pardot).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Great attention to detail and project management skills.
- Flexibility to adjust plans to meet shifting priorities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, organised, proactive, and collaborative.

- Experience in marketing to senior HR stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Proven work experience in writing digital and customer-facing content.
- Curiosity and openness towards the use of AI in Marketing.
- Knowledge of/experience in brand marketing.
