The Sales Administrator provides a critical level of support to HireRight’s Sales organization by enabling efficient sales operations, improving the quality of sales materials, and supporting enterprise and mid‑market sales initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate sales documentation, supporting outbound sales efforts, and assisting with client‑facing materials and internal projects. The Sales Administrator will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure high‑quality outputs that support revenue growth and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key support function for the Sales team by delivering high‑quality administrative and operational assistance, including:
    • Sales Administration & Documentation
      • Build and maintain Schedule of Fees (SOFs), for deal efforts ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
      • Populate client pricing documents for RFP
      • Complete and manage vendor registration forms in line with client requirements
      • Support the completion of mid‑market client questionnaires
      • Maintain and organize sales documentation, ensuring it is up to date and easily accessible
    • Sales Enablement Support
      • Write and refine mid‑market outbound sales sequences to support pipeline generation
      • Standardize and tidy sales collateral to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
    • Project & Operational Support
      • Support internal initiatives such as migrating and updating content into new slideware formats
      • Assist with broader sales projects to improve efficiency, organization, and content quality
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outputs
    • Research & Insight Generation
      • Conduct market research to support RFP opportunities and target accounts
      • Gather and summarize insights on prospective clients to assist in sales positioning
      • Provide supporting information and analysis to strengthen proposals and sales materials
    General
    • Work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
    • Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables
    • Perform other duties, as assigned

    Travel not typically required.

    Qualifications
    • Experience Required
      • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or administrative role preferred
      • Experience supporting B2B or mid‑market sales teams is desirable
      • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
    • Knowledge & Skills
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
