The Role: Reporting to the Business Director, the National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic sales approach to strengthen existing customer partnerships while also acquiring new partners to deliver on their measured, yet ambitious market share growth plans. Growing and coaching an emerging and diverse sales team, you will leverage your strategic and authentic leadership style to realise your team's commercial potential. Collaborating with senior leaders and business owners, you will support business-wide strategies that improve the overall operational excellence of the organisation. You will personally drive and cultivate relationships with high-value target clients while enhancing the reputation of the business as a data-led, thought leader in the supply chain and transport industry.
