This is a chance to own and scale the entire workplace technology function for a growing, international business, shaping how people work, collaborate, and operate every day.

You’ll take full control of the end-to-end internal technology stack, building systems that are secure, scalable, and frictionless; from device provisioning to identity management and everything in between.

This is a true ownership role, you’re not inheriting a runbook, you’re building the playbook.

You’ll take responsibility for the entire workplace technology ecosystem, including:

  • Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange)
  • RMM tooling & operational monitoring
  • User onboarding/offboarding & account management across regions
  • SharePoint site architecture and governance
  • Deep hands-on experience across modern workplace technologies (M365 stack)

You’ve built or significantly improved workplace tech functions from scratch. You think in terms of systems, scale, and user experience.
