As a Frontend Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, high performance web applications used in mission critical environments. You'll work closely with backend, QA, and DevOps teams in a highly collaborative, remote first engineering culture. This is a hands on role for someone who cares about clean code, great UX, and building products that scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Creating responsive, cross browser user interfaces with a strong focus on usability
- Writing testable, maintainable code with unit and integration tests
- Collaborating with backend engineers on API contracts and data integration
- Working with DevOps on CI pipelines, containerisation, and deployment workflows
- Managing dependencies and ensuring application performance and reliability
- Participating actively in code reviews, design discussions, and UX improvements
- Supporting QA with validation, verification, and quality improvements
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or React Testing Library
- Familiarity with state and data fetching libraries (e.g. react query)
- Experience working with design systems (e.g. Material UI)
- Knowledge of authentication and secure API integration (OAuth2 or similar)
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
- Experience working in a domain involving High Complexity & demanding Security requirements
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for remote working
Nice to Have
- Experience working in complex, data heavy applications
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and container based environments
- Exposure to other languages such as C# (not essential)
