At the heart of this evolution is the adoption of agentic AI, enabling smarter automation, enhanced decision-making, and more intelligent, adaptive systems across their platform. They’re now hiring two Senior Software Engineers to play a critical role in this journey:
- Senior Software Engineer (Level 1) – up to £75k
- Senior Software Engineer (Level 2) – up to £85k

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engineer greenfield solutions, including a brand-new global payments platform
- Work on systems leveraging agentic AI for automation and optimisation
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end
- Contribute across the full stack using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
- Tackle complex challenges across distributed, high-volume systems
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and resilience
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
- Support and mentor other engineers (particularly at Level 2)
- Influence technical direction and architecture decisions
