- Hours: 40 hours per week all year round between the hours of 08:00am and 18:00pm.
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who wants to make a real impact on the lives of children. The Ethos of Acorn Academy places children at the heart of everything we do, and we want to support children to develop a love for learning that stays with them for life.
About you: We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Baby Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will work with their staff team to develop the room, providing a home from home environment for children. You will be dynamic, have the ability to work as part of a team, be able to use your initiative and time manage your day effectively to ensure the smooth running of our nursery. You will be someone who is experienced and focused on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team and always be willing to go above and beyond. You will hold an Early Years level 3 qualification.
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
Main responsibilities: Ensure the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting:
- Consistently ensure nursery operations adhere to Little Chiefs Day Nurseries policies and procedures.
