Hours
- Full-time, any 5 days out of 7
- Chilled: 6am to 2pm and 1pm to 9pm
- Ambient: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- Produce: 1pm to 9pm
The role of Warehouse Operative:
- Voice picking using LLOPs in an ambient environment
- Picking and packing cages and pallets in a chilled environment
- Ensuring all picking is completed to the required standards
- Using MHE and other warehouse duties as required
- Picking, stacking and manually handling stock items
- Ensuring orders are assembled correctly to support store colleagues
- Maintaining a clear and tidy warehouse and ensuring any potential hazards are dealt with safely, quickly and efficiently
- Making sure stock is received, stored, packed and transported according to the highest standards
- Taking responsibility for your own and others' safety whilst at work
- Working both independently and as part of a team
The ideal Warehouse Operative:
- Able to meet customer performance standards
- Able to adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
