Role Summary As a Beacon Advice Estate Planner or Beacon as we like to call them you ll be the expert guiding clients through their estate planning journey. Your work will make a real impact from drafting Wills and Trusts to offering personalized advice. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on estate planning including wills trusts and lasting powers of attorney. Draft and review estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with current laws. Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning goals and create tailored strategies. Undertake continuous professional development (CPD) to stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations. Assist with the administration of estates by offering referrals to local or national companies. Communicate complex legal concepts in clear empathetic terms. Maintain detailed client records ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality. Essential Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in estate planning or a related legal field. Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing wills and trusts. Strong understanding of tax planning and probate processes. Excellent clientfacing and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and knowledge of current laws and regulations. Desirable Qualifications Experience with digital estate planning tools and technologies. Additional qualifications in tax advisory or financial planning . Familiarity with crossborder estate planning issues. Experience working with highnetworth clients .
