About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Expert to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of next‑generation HR solutions, driving large‑scale business transformations for our prestigious clients. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end SuccessFactors projects, providing strategic guidance, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The position is based remotely with occasional visits to client sites and our office, offering flexibility and the chance to work on high‑impact initiatives within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules, with deep expertise in at least two core modules such as Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals, or Succession & Development.
- SAP Professional certification and additional SuccessFactors module certifications are essential.
- Extensive experience in data migration, integrations (SAP BTP, middleware), and advanced People Analytics.
- Proven success in leading large‑scale, multi‑country SuccessFactors implementations, with strong project management skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex SuccessFactors programs, ensuring flawless execution, strategic alignment, and exceptional client outcomes.
- Guide engagements from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and post‑go‑live support as the senior SME.
- Provide strategic advisory and roadmap leadership, promoting best practices, solution optimization, and maximum ROI for clients.
- Lead cross‑functional global teams, including functional, technical, and offshore resources, to ensure precision delivery and governance.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders, accelerating transformation initiatives and embedding innovation within client organizations.
- Contribute to business growth by leading client presentations, RFP responses, and solution design discussions.
