As our in-house Salesforce expert, you will design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that strengthen the College’s ability to support clinicians, uphold gold standard guidance, and drive innovation across radiology and oncology. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within a complex environment, demonstrating a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. Essential qualifications include hands-on expertise across Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning components, and APIs. A Salesforce Developer certification or equivalent experience is required, reflecting your professional competence in the platform. Experience working within agile or product-led delivery frameworks, along with CRM release management, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience are vital to succeed in this role.
