We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer specializing in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) to join our dynamic Operations team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. - Providing visible and proactive Health & Safety leadership, embedding a Safety First culture across all project activities.
- Supporting pre-construction activities to maximize value, streamline processes, and enhance engineering delivery performance.
- Ensuring that designs and installations comply with internal standards, client specifications, and statutory regulations, including delivering detailed design work when required.
- Reviewing project requirements to identify opportunities for modularization that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Managing specialist subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the specified quality standards, within agreed timelines, and aligned with project objectives.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to optimize satisfaction and foster future collaboration opportunities.
- Contributing technical knowledge, participating in CPD activities, and promoting digital engineering awareness within the project team.
- Monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues promptly, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
