About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a growing, high-performing finance function during a period of rapid expansion. The successful candidate will take ownership of group consolidation models and provide insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making, forecasting, and performance monitoring. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with senior management and contribute significantly to the company\’s financial planning and analysis activities.

You will be involved in supporting M&A activities, including post-acquisition integration and assessing impacts on key financial ratios. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, deliver accurate financial reports, and communicate complex data effectively. The role is based in Crawley with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility and a balanced approach to work and personal life. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with relevant professional experience in financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, with experience in consolidation tools and Power BI considered advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a proven track record in group-level, multi-entity reporting. An understanding of M&A financial modelling and post-acquisition analysis is highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Group Consolidation Model, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in consolidating financial data across multiple entities.
  • Deliver long-term financial forecasts, banking reports, and analysis for Board-level review, supporting strategic planning initiatives.
  • Maintain customer cube data and support Power BI reporting to facilitate real-time insights and data visualization.
  • Produce Monthly Business Review Packs, budgets, and forecasts to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support WIP, order book, cashflow, and profitability reporting to provide comprehensive financial visibility.
  • Contribute to working capital management and productivity analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assist in evaluating M&A activities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial data and reporting standards.
