We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing B2B events and marketing services company based in Central London. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple global B2B events, driving performance, innovation, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will take ownership of cross‑channel marketing strategies, optimise campaigns, and implement new technologies to enhance overall performance.
The ideal candidate will possess 2‑3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record in PPC, SEO, CRO, and performance marketing. Experience working within an agency or B2B events environment is highly preferred. You should be confident in using tools such as GA4, SEMrush, WordPress, and ad platform optimisation. A proactive problem‑solving attitude, creative mindset, and strong organisational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, continuously improving return on ad spend and testing new formats to maximise results.

- Enhance website performance and user experience across multiple event sites built on WordPress, Elementor, and ACF, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.

- Drive digital transformation projects by integrating new technologies, tools, and AI workflows to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.
