The Application Analyst at ATG Entertainment is a vital role responsible for supporting, analyzing, and enhancing our business applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. This position involves working closely with various departments to understand their technological needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that streamline operations. The Application Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our application systems, contributing to the seamless delivery of our entertainment services. This is a fixed-term contract for one year, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a hybrid working model that combines remote and on-site work.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an Application Analyst or in a similar role is essential, with a strong understanding of application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and system integration. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, database management, and user support is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in project management, ITIL, or relevant application platforms will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

The Application Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to supporting existing applications, analyzing system performance, and identifying areas for improvement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement upgrades or new features.
