We’re looking for a proven Account Director to lead on delivering Solar PV and LED lighting projects that cut carbon, reduce costs, and create a sustainable future for schools, councils, the NHS, and other public bodies.

As Public Sector Account Director, you’ll develop and manage key relationships with public sector organisations across the UK. You’ll be a trusted partner to estates, sustainability, finance, and procurement leaders—helping them navigate funding challenges and implement large-scale decarbonisation programmes. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, securing long-term agreements, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

About You

  • 5–10+ years’ experience selling decarbonisation, energy efficiency, or net zero solutions to the public sector.
  • Proven ability to build C-level relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Commercially sharp with excellent financial acumen—comfortable with ROI, savings calculations, and contract structures.
  • A consultative, solution-driven salesperson who is resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to client sites.
