We’re seeking an experienced and driven Specification Sales Manager to join a high-performing team focused on delivering premium lighting solutions for commercial and industrial projects. This role is dedicated to building strong relationships with M&E consultants and contractors, influencing specifications, and securing project wins across the UK. You’ll be the key link between product innovation and project delivery, guiding clients through the specification process and ensuring solutions are tailored to technical requirements, energy efficiency standards, and design aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and specifiers across the construction and refurbishment sectors.
- Drive the specification of lighting solutions into major projects, from early-stage design through to installation.
- Deliver technical presentations and CPDs to consultants and project stakeholders.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to support bespoke project requirements.
- Track and manage project pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring key touchpoints are covered from lead to delivery.
