Industrial Project Leader

Are you a seasoned project leader ready to take on high-impact industrial transformation projects? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Industrial Project Leader to drive major initiatives like factory expansions, production relocations, and operational reorganization. What You’ll Do: * Lead major projects including facility relocations, consolidations, and new site setups * Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, ops, R&D, marketing, HR & finance * Create roadmaps, budgets, timelines — and deliver on them * Oversee installation, commissioning, and transfer of production lines and equipment * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Optimize industrial footprints and operational efficiency * Manage third-party vendors and drive stakeholder alignment What You Bring: * 5+ years in industrial project management or manufacturing operations * Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s) * Proven experience with complex, multi-site industrial projects * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * A proactive approach to risk management and cost control * Willingness to travel across the UK Ready to lead transformation and drive industrial excellence?
