Are you a seasoned project leader ready to take on high-impact industrial transformation projects? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Industrial Project Leader to drive major initiatives like factory expansions, production relocations, and operational reorganization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead major projects including facility relocations, consolidations, and new site setups
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, ops, R&D, marketing, HR & finance
- Create roadmaps, budgets, timelines — and deliver on them
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and transfer of production lines and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Optimize industrial footprints and operational efficiency
- Manage third-party vendors and drive stakeholder alignment
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in industrial project management or manufacturing operations
