In this role, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Manage Engineer schedules, productivity, and service level performance.
  • Coordinate and prioritise work to meet customer needs and KPIs.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor maintenance, breakdowns, and work in progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Optimise engineer workloads and routes to maximise efficiency.
  • Approve overtime, non-productive hours, and leave in line with business requirements.
  • Oversee out-of-hours service activity and support operational continuity.
  • Manage fleet resources, including short-term hire and FOC vehicles.
  • Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and generate additional revenue.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support colleagues as needed.
