The Impact You Will Have
- Follow Company Health & Safety guidelines at all times, ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers both on-site and off-site.
- Drive industry-leading performance by managing Engineer productivity, workload, time management, call handling expectations and SLAs.
- Ensure purchase order numbers are obtained before starting chargeable work, and confirm pro-forma invoices are paid by CoD customers prior to job commencement.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal and external customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
- Prioritise and schedule all work to meet customer requirements and contractual KPIs, including forward planning for VOR/NVOR work, Allianz inspection follow-ups, and coordination with third-party services.
