In this role, you will
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Manage Engineer schedules, productivity, and service level performance.
- Coordinate and prioritise work to meet customer needs and KPIs.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Monitor maintenance, breakdowns, and work in progress to ensure timely completion.
- Optimise engineer workloads and routes to maximise efficiency.
- Approve overtime, non-productive hours, and leave in line with business requirements.
- Oversee out-of-hours service activity and support operational continuity.
- Manage fleet resources, including short-term hire and FOC vehicles.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and generate additional revenue.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Foster a positive team culture and support colleagues as needed.
