Job Description The Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into strategic insights, helping improve business performance and supporting management decisions through accurate and reliable analysis.

The Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into strategic insights, helping improve business performance and supporting management decisions through accurate and reliable analysis.

The successful candidate will be involved in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with different business departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Creating and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Monitoring business KPIs and identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Supporting decision-making through quantitative analysis.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Ensuring the quality and reliability of the data used for analysis.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in data and business.

Previous experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting is an advantage, although motivated candidates with solid technical skills will also be considered.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Python or R is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English; knowledge of German or Italian is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with business stakeholders
