As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing home titles, ensuring adherence to state regulations, and maintaining meticulous records. You will collaborate closely with team members, tenants, financial institutions, and state agencies to facilitate seamless and accurate title processing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transfer of mobile home titles to the company’s name, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed.
- Assist internal teams with title-related inquiries and support as needed.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all title transfers.
- Conduct research to determine the proper processes, fees, and documentation required for each title transfer.
- Communicate with external parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to title transfers.
- Maintain a well-organized and systematic workflow to ensure deadlines are met and no steps are overlooked.
