Job Overview
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A customer-service oriented approach and strong attention to detail are essential. Experience in property management or real estate is required.
Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations and Procurement:
- Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information or directing to the appropriate personnel
- Collect and process tenant applications and necessary documentation, and coordinate tenant move-in logistics
- Manage tenant relations including addressing tenant concerns, collecting rent payments, and handling lease renewals
- Assist in scheduling property inspections, prospective tenant showings, and move-out walks
- Vendor Management and Maintenance:
- Process tenant maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors to obtain repair estimates
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with tenants and vendors, and communicate progress and completion status
- Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding repair statuses and service delivery
- Marketing:
- Assist in managing property listings on various platforms and ensuring accuracy of property details and images
- Support special projects as needed
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
- Reliable internet and mobile device
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1+ years background experience in property management
- Available to work on weekends and evenings
- Full-time availability = 40-50 hours per week (5 days per week)
Preferred:
- Experience in MLS, Buildium, StorEdge, Asana, Google Workspace, Grasshopper and/or Google Drive
