Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Central Time)
Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with private equity, real estate, and venture clients to understand their investment strategy and goals
- Analyze market positioning, deal structures, and capital needs
- Research relevant market and asset-level data to support investment theses
- Create pitch decks, teasers, one-pagers, and offering documents from scratch or templates
- Turn financial models, asset profiles, and sponsor data into clear, persuasive narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal design and strategy teams
- Uphold high standards of clarity, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or similar
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (NOI, IRR, capital stacks, fund structure, etc.)
- Exceptional written English and storytelling ability
- Comfortable distilling financial models and raw data into concise, investor-friendly material
- Experience working with U.S. investment firms or capital raising teams
- Familiarity with investor collateral such as PPMs, OMs, and LP updates
- Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Portuguese (written fluency in English required)
- MBA or relevant certifications (e.g. CFA Level I or II)
- Structured thinker and natural synthesizer
- High attention to detail, pride in delivering polished output
- Strong time management and accountability in remote setting
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
