Key Responsibilities: Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.). Propose technology and process improvement solutions. Work with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering. Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation.
