About the Job

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:

  • Preparation of month-end and year-end accounts, including reconciliations, journals, and financial reporting.
  • Preparation and submission of UK & ROI VAT, CIS, and RCT returns, ensuring full compliance with HMRC and Revenue requirements.
  • Processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Management of intercompany charges preparing invoices, reconciling balances, and maintaining supporting documentation.
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger Maintenance.
  • Maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Liaising with external accountant.

Previous experience:

  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification or currently studying your ATI (Desirable) or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience Using Sage - Desirable.
  • Microsoft Excel.
