About the job

  • Lead the production of management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making
  • Review weekly and monthly P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Deliver detailed analysis across labour, margins, waste, overheads, and operational performance
  • Manage balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital, ensuring strong financial control and reporting accuracy
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing challenge and insight to support delivery against targets
  • Support capital investment projects through robust financial analysis and business case preparation
  • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and group reporting standards
  • Lead and develop the finance team, driving high standards and continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.

About you

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
  • Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise.
