Sales Consultant – HIREIQ
Location: Belfast Office-based - we have subsidised car parking in the city centre
Earnings & Commission Structure
- Year 1 OTE: £40,000–£60,000
- Year 2 OTE: £60,000–£80,000
- Year 3 OTE: £80,000–£100,000+
Our commission scheme has no upper limit—your results directly determine your earnings. However, based on the averages of our current consultants, you could easily be earning Year 2 OTE within your first year.

About the Position
This role focuses on developing new business, managing relationships, and generating revenue across our UK, Irish and US markets. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, phone-led sales environment where proactive outreach and high activity levels are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-volume outbound sales activity: calling, prospecting, lead generation and follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with organisations across NI, ROI and NYC
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Grow existing accounts through consistent engagement
- Develop strong market knowledge within the finance & accountancy sector (training provided)
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to completion
- Consistently achieve activity metrics and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience is essential—any fast-paced sales background is relevant (telesales, B2B, call centre, door-to-door, recruitment, etc.) 1 year +
- Resilient, competitive and highly motivated
- Confident making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Coachable, eager to learn, and ready to progress quickly
