About the Job
Working as part of a friendly and hands-on team, the Office & Accounts Administrator will provide essential support across the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied position combining invoicing, order processing, customer service, social media support and general office administration. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring orders and records are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing, processing and issuing customer invoices
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and social media
- Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
- Maintaining accurate customer, order and invoicing records
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure orders are completed on time
- Supporting the company’s social media accounts and responding to messages
- Completing general office administration and filing
- Providing additional ad hoc support across the business
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within administration, accounts or customer service
- Experience processing invoices or customer orders would be advantageous
- Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage several priorities within a busy environment
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable providing basic support across social media platforms
- An interest in motorsport would be beneficial but is not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Omagh
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
