I am working exclusively with a well-established organisation on their Finance Officer position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive finance team in a varied role covering financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recognised qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 2 years' experience within a finance role
  • Experience with financial processing, reconciliations, ledger management, and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems experience
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance, or grant-funded projects is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring activities
  • Prepare variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
  • Assist with payroll processing and associated reconciliations
  • Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial procedures
