Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including maintaining accrual and prepayment schedules and posting manual journals. Assist with annual budget preparation, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and key financial reporting for business functions. Contribute to the preparation of year-end accounts and supporting audit schedules. Assist with the month-end valuation of inventory across the Group. Maintain and improve finance systems and procedures to support effective financial reporting and budgetary control. Prepare financial reports and analysis for management reporting, grant claims, statistical returns and other business requirements. Undertake ad hoc duties, including providing support to other areas of the wider Finance team as required. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Rotate through various roles within the Finance team to gain broad experience and support business needs. Skills and Experience Graduate (Accountancy/Finance min 2.1) Ready to start studying and achieve the CIMA qualification. Experienced user of computer applications, in particular having strong excel skills.
