About the Job

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this new position for Senior Credit Controller/ Team Lead will be responsible for the management and collection of Accounts Receivable while supporting and deputising for the credit manager.

The Credit Controller's duties will include:

  • Managing a team of credit controllers
  • KPI Reporting and producing reports for management
  • Opening new accounts and checking credit ratings
  • Setting and monitoring credit limits
  • Ensuring debts are paid in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling disputed amounts
  • Negotiating
