Key Responsibilities- Lead employment tax advisory projects, including IR35 assessments, transactions, due diligence exercises and risk reviews
- Provide expert advice on PAYE, National Insurance Contributions, benefits, employment status and tax governance matters
- Act as a senior technical specialist supporting colleagues across audit, corporate tax and wider advisory teams
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser and key point of contact
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business development initiatives, proposals and pitches
- Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing technical expertise and best practice
- Ensure engagements are delivered to a high standard with effective risk management and timely completion
- Support the continued growth and development of the employment tax service offering
- CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant experience delivering employment tax advisory services within a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge across PAYE, NIC, benefits, expenses and employment status matters
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple service lines and provide internal technical support
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business development activities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
