Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, it's an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set, strengthen your CV and progress your career.
About the job:
- Ownership of monthly management accounts, board reporting and financial performance analysis.
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting, providing meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain strong balance sheet control, oversee statutory reporting and support the external audit process.
- Partner closely with Operations to improve performance, product costing, margins and working capital.
- Deliver commercial analysis, KPI reporting and financial insight to support business performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen financial controls and support ongoing systems improvements.
- Lead and develop the finance team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
About you:
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA with experience in a similar role
- Commercially focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can work collaboratively
